The cooling system quickly mounts onto the back of the ZV-E1 using captive thumbscrews and provides a 7-blade turbo fan to efficiently dissipate the heat from the camera. In a 95°F environment, it can keep the camera cool enough to record 100 fps 4K footage for up to 38 minutes, double the standard record time, and it can record 50 fps 4K footage for up to 64 minutes, triple the standard record time, before the camera can overheat and shut down.The durable aluminum unit is hinged so it can fold down 90° to allow the screen to pop out and store, and it features a speed adjustment switch to adjust the fan from off, low, and high-speed modes.
