The MD2634 L-Bracket Baseplate for Portrait Mode from SmallRig extends the distance between the camera L-bracket and an Arca-type tripod head receiver, adding space so large accessories like 150mm square filter holders won't interfere with the long quick release plates. It features Arca-type dovetails on the top and the bottom for multiple mounting options, providing quick release function with most Arca-type L-brackets, quick release plates, and accessories.The MD2634 baseplate simplifies shooting in portrait orientation by repositioning the camera higher so that it isn't blocked by the shape of the tripod head. Made of lightweight and sturdy aluminum alloy, it features precision scale markings on the top side for easy and repeatable positioning. It also creates an open space to position shutter release, power, or function cables through to keep them out of the way and includes several M5 threaded holes that allow expanding and customizing to suit individual applications.specifications
