With this Camera Cage from SmallRig, you can secure your Nikon Z8 camera and add accessories while using the MB-N12 battery grip. The form-fitting aluminium cage shields your camera from harm without obstructing use of its controls, screens, ports, or MB-N12 battery grip door. A 1/4"-20 screw is used to attach the camera to the cage. The mounting surface has anti-slip pads that, along with two M2.5 screws on the sides, hold your camera firmly in the cage and stop it from twisting.
To make it simple to attach articulating arms, external monitors, and other accessories, there are two integrated shoe mounts—one on top and one on the side—as well as QD (Quick Detach) mounts and several 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI-style accessory threads. The cage's bottom and sides have integrated Arca-style designs for shooting portraits or landscapes, and its bottom has 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for attaching a camera plate for tripod mounting.
