The SmallRig Arca-Swiss Mounting Baseplate is intended for your DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal and supports your DSLR or mirrorless camera with a cage in both horizontal and vertical orientations. With zoom lenses connected, cameras such the Sony FX3, Canon R5, Fujifilm X-T5, and Panasonic LUMIX GH6 can be used with the baseplate. The baseplate lowers your camera's centre of gravity by 0.4" when integrated into your gimbal setup for simpler balancing and greater camera compatibility. Your camera is kept in place with two safety pins, a locking lever, and a thumbscrew.
